Its so quiet on here today, I can only assume you lot had your roofs off today and have got frozen solidyikes

Should I be sending out St Bernards to rescue you?

Don't bl00dy start on that, when I was being all nice and caring!!! angel

The balls are brass, the monkeys were iron - the whole point about it being cold! Notwithstanding the fact that they were not primates but early custom storage utilitiesmad However, I suppose that those of us that still have our own balls, pay more careful attention to such stories tongue out

I've been away for a couple of days. Around the country in my daily drive - BMW 320 which is lovely but completely shite to drive :rant:

Same here but in an Omega TD which incidentally has a BMW engine :secondrant:

Cannonballs were iron. You freeze the (cannon)balls ON a brass monkey.
