Whilst out enjoying the Snake Pass on Sunday, I lost the use of the clutch.

i.e The Clutch would not disengage. I suspected a Hydralic problem, but after inspection today, whilst under the car, if the clutch pedal is depressed, I can clearly see the hydralic system working and the clutch arm moving.

I am now suspecting either a broken fork or dodgy release bearing, but as their are no dodgy noises I am at a bit of a loss.

Any Ideas ?????

hi keiran,
does sound like something has gone inside the bell housing, hard to say without inspection. sounds like the clutch isn't springing back. if your needing parts try autospares on 0115 964 7600 and ask to speak to karl, he is very helpfull. just got a new kit for mine, £39 for a recon kit and about £60 for a new one. much cheapness and genuine borg and beck bits.
best of luck.cheers.
