Thinking of buying an 02 S Type R with FJSH and 60K miles. Are there any chain/tensioner issues with this car or were the earlier issues sorted out by 02?
The S-type R uses the 4.2 litre 'AJ34' engine, this has the alloy bodied tensioners and morse style chains as standard, failures are virtually unheard of with well maintained cars. HTH
