Constant Speed Limit Display?

Hi

I would like to get a GPS camera locator or cheap satnav for a xmas present (less than £150) but it must have constant speed limit display as opposed to only when in the vicinity of a camera. Does anyone out there know of such a device, been looking at adverts etc. and none seem to mention it.

My Tom Tom one V2 regional has the speed you are traveling at and the speed of the road that you are on constantly displayed at the bottom of the screen.
