Paint protection

I need some form of protection for the front of my Gallardo, just stumbled across a kit called paint shield using a film called x-pel, anyone used this or really rates their protection?

I don't know that particular trade name, but I had a Ventureshield clear bra on my Gallardo and highly recommend this type of protection. The key, though, is the installation.

Insist on getting a single piece of film covering the entire bonnet and the whole front guards done - this avoids unsightly lines.
