Cheers Matt, shame about the traffic ( & the ice )

New one for me today, a track day with the ice detector warning on intermittently eek

you didnt see the crashes that did happen or the look of the cars that did when they came back to the pits now that was yikes especially the XR3i that made full use of its roll bar or the megan trophy that decided that it wanted a closer look at the spectators on the pit wall!!!

There was also a R8 on track that sounded cloud9 i want one!!

Ben was saying the guys in the RS Turbos were being dicks. Not doing what they were told and being arseholes. I think they'll have gotten a fine to be honest.

Yeah all that group got sent home. The XR3i had already been on the grass and sprayed mud and cones all over the back straight right in front of another driver. The driver of the other red XR3i was apparently out of the car and laughing when the other car was rolled. To add to all that catalogue, the XR3i driver ignored marshalls telling him to wait at the end of the pit lane and just drove out onto the active circuit when others cars were coming down the main straight! Deserves a bit fine and hopefully a ban too IMO.

Yep it was a good day considering the conditions. I baled out at lunchtime after we'd shagged the R8's tyres and managed to produce smoke from the calipers!

The Cerb looked good and sounded superb

Have to say, thought the same about the R8, it sounded like a big lazy GT race car coming past, luverly biggrin

Shame you had to go early, i was lining up for a passenger blag!!
