What oil with the Quafe ATB Diff ?

With the standard Diff I used Millers 80-140 anti shock. Quafe tell me that the ATB does not need anti shock or LSD specific oil and is not particularly worried about type, the oil choice is based on the crown wheel and bearing requirements more than anything. They say use the original spec for the car which is obviously contradictory. They then suggested a Fully synthetic 75-90, what do we all think about that ?

Why not ask Bernie/CTS for a 2nd opinion they have probably rebuilt a few more of these than are likely to be found here?
