emails deleted off server?

Some email help if possible please?

I configured Yahoo email via Outlook (POP) - stupidly forgot about the "Leave a copy of messages on the server." & now all my email is on a single laptop & no longer on the Yahoo server.

Is there a way to sync back to the Yahoo server or am I stuffed?

The only way I can think of doing is to forward them to yourself.

I know that Gmail allows you to enable pop from a certain time so you don't have to download all of your messages again.

Gmail does IMAP anyway. Yahoo doesn't though.

I was kinda hoping there was a magic button that would sync back but I think it's down to a macro to fwd them all back - doh!
