New Cameras But what are they???

Spotted some Workman putting up what appeared to be two "cowled" cameras on the A64 where it meets Thorner Road outside Morwick Hall. The "Gnome" keeps threating a Cash Machine somewhere along that stretch but this doesn't look like one at the moment. Oh and who thinks the the "new" lights in the tunnel under Westgate are too bright.

so much for the carbon footprint of that tax-spend. At least they aren't polluting the night sky with light.
