Happened a while ago in Finland too. I don't think he lost his license. Probably got a small ticket.

And I thought it was stupid to be able to lose your licence for riding a bicycle while over the legal alcohol limit. You do not need a licence to use these things so why should you lose one? The world is being taken over by numpties.

Well riding a bicycle on the road while drunk is ing stupid. But it doesn't say where the guy was driving the lawnmower. Let's face it, if he was driving down a motorway while wasted and swerving all over the road then fair enough.. (I doubt that's what happened though)

Funny, but if you don't have a license, you can't lose it on a pushbike. F**king sick this country!
