photoshop/ illustrator advice needed - arabic language

I have a problem at work. We have been asked to do some graphics in Arabic. The problem is that Apple Macs seem not to be able to do right to left text, it flips it back to display a mirror image. I can't seem to find a solution!
I'm thinking i'm going to outsource it because it seems a right pain in the arse.
Can anyone help?
