Anyone seen it or knows what its like?

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/297323.htm

Please drop me a PM if you'd rather not post here.

Looks like I have sold the wedge and will be after a replacement.
I have a few cars I'm interested in at present (Tuscan, Cerb & Chim also)
I love TVRs and want about the condition I can get for the money.

Thanks in advance,
L33.
:thanks:

Been to view and test drive this Griff. In my opinion looks good for the milage. Resprayed very well at some point, small scuffs on a couple of wheel arches from being carried on a trailer. Interior/hood no undue wear. Runs well but does hessitate beyond 5K rpm. There appears to be an exhaust manifold leak on the NS. Hope this helps

Never mind the colour, surely that serpentine belt is on the wrong side of the water pump pulley?

Well spotted!
I don't know what damage this could cause but I guess only a numpty would do this. What else has said numpty done?

Think I'll dismiss this one.

Cheers folks.

I had a MAIN DEALER do this on my Chim. Only "damage" is a squeaky / slightly slipping belt as it can't quite get enough tension. I wouldn't rule it out on that alone.

Wouldn't the water pump be running backwards and be less efficient?

Lee - traitor !

Perhaps it's best to walk away / look at others - as the water pump belt might be demonstraiting the owners desire to make a home fix work no matter how hard the simple fix seems to have become.

Don't worry - not gonna even bother looking at this one Rev.
Had a look at something else today that I'm 85% sure I will go for. I just want a friend in the know to have a look at it with me.
Watch this space...

P.S. Sorry for being a traitor frown

Looking at it isn't the water pump still running the correct way?
