New Chain and Sprockets

Chain and sprockets are shagged so need a new set.

Have dropped a tooth on the front and was happy with it, but people have said on other forums that this may increase chain wear.

Any good websites to get a set, non standard e.g. +2 teeth on the rear with suitable chain??
