Why does marmalade....?

Mrs OB is into Marmalade on Toast and Earl Grey, but I've never seen her eat Marmalade on bread. Do you think I should go and wake her to ask? Breathing finest Napa Valley Chardonnay breath on her in the process?
No, I think I'd rather not sleep in the shed tonight...

Depends what sort of marmalade you are talking about. If we are considering the traditional seville orange, bitter type of marmelade, I reckon it goes well with toast of plain bread, but toast helps bring out the fruitiness of the marmalade. But what sort of toast, plain white, wholemeal or multigrain?
Opinions please.

Not that long agoAnd I'm disgusted

and as for dunking toast on tea..........well, all I can say is I had some strange eating habits when I was young, and nothing gets dunked in tea anymore.......not even biscuits.
