Can you microwave them? Or can they only be boiled?

microwave in water?

Edit, I mean you can mike them in water, I think they may dry out too much if not, you could always mike in a sealed tub with bit of water, I do broccoli like this, keeps it green and steams it just right.
Lid on the tub may distort though, not sure why they do this

We usually microwave them, put them in a pyrex bowl, cover it with microwave safe clingfilm then zap away...

If you have a half decent microwave, it will give you the option of either fresh or frozen smile

microwave 5/6 mins. Don't boil the little feckers - you'll be better off drinking the water

Steam them; more nutritional than boiling.

Just as a side note, are frozen vegetables much less nutritional than fresh veg?

Apparently, they are supposed to be more nutritional than fresh veg as they are frozen faster, however, when you look compare fresh sprouts/carrots to the frozen ones, I wonder how they can make the frozen ones looks ten times more colourful? Makes you wonder what they do to them...
