Are there any Piston Headers out there with experience of overcoming the really heavy clutch problem on a Tornado Raptor V8? with a 3.5 Rover SD1 engine and gearbox.) The clutch itself works ok if you have the strength to push the pedal down.
Anyone got any better ideas than resizing the master or slave cylinder, or re-manufacturing the pedal box; all of which Tornado supplied and say are correct?

At least I won't have to worry about the wife taking it for a blast down to the shops.

Just a thought but make sure the clutch fluid pipe is not brake pipe, i found it helpful especially in winter to go next size up, otherwise that can make clutch pedal hard, might help

Thanks for the thought Migwell, I'll check it out. The clutch pipe is a braded flexible and is visibly larger diameter externally than the brake flexibles, I'll have a look at the bore though and take it from there.

Thanks again
