Boot release mod like the Tuscan & Interior Light

Hi just wondered if anyone has done a boot release mod for a Chim similar to the Tuscan where you push the rear badge to open the boot? Just a thought

I was also wondering how I would go about adding an extra interior courtesy light above the rear view mirror?

Most of the cars have 2 spade connectors lurking in the loom for a courtesy light in the passenger footwell (if there is not one fitted). The rear one is much better if the lens, reflector & bulb are cleaned ocassionaly

Mod-wise do a boot opening device that works via a hidden switch (magnetic)

Thanks, I've seen the mod-wise kit, but really like the Tuscan boot opening style. Oh and don't say buy a Tuscan instead

I've had some repairs done by Carl of Car & Bike Installations Ltd, he knows TVRs like the back of his hand, is a real friendly bloke and travels. He has a mod that opens the book from the key fob, I never did it but it's on my list. www.tvruk.tv

Carl Baker www.tvruk.tv did this mod for me a year ago. Great job..really pleased with it. He converted my ignition key to incorporate the fob and added a remote boot opener fob..it just makes life so much easier. There is a picture of the conversion at the top of this strip of pictures:
