Clean racers thread ?

Ok, new to Forza, been getting up to speed, now nearly ready to race you lot.
Had a search, and it seems the thing to do is add everyone to some list on xbl from the fabled clean racer thread.
Anyone able to point me at that thread ?
The bloody search certainly couldnt find it.....
Oh, and how about a single lap/car lap table type thing set up for lap times so newbs like me can see how bad they are, before ritual humiliation at the hands of yank teenagers ?
