Jammie Donut Cocktail

Last December I went on a cruise round the carribean and one of the drinks I sampled was what they called a Jammie Donut.
It was Chambord raspberry liquer with a layer of fresh cream on top and the rim of the glass was coated with sugar, tasted great!!
Going to buy a bottle of Chambord next week and try making some myself.
Anyone else tried this??
