Spax Rsx Coilover problem!

hello there i have some Rsx Coilovers on my car today i Opend my bonnet just to check engine was ok and noticed that the Left side Top mount (metal washer) had come off The susspension was still there and also the locating pin was in place were its ment to be!
then coming home i heard a big clunk! Pulled over and now the Locating pin has completely sheered off! Im not too sure whether If i Re-fitted the Washer on the top mount it would sort it?
Going to ring spax in the morning to see if i need to order a new Shock.

All sorted now garage fitted a new top mount and 2 new washers.
But seem to encounted another problem if i move the steering wheel to the left full lock there seems to be a knocking sound quite loud from inside the car. and also does it on the right too.
I got out and got a mate to move the steering wheel and Kept my hand on the top mount of the shock and seems to be some vibration coming from the shock as well as the knocking. Wasn't doing this before i took it into the garage to get sorted.
What do you recon the problem could be? is something loose or catching on anything??
