Anyone know Soarers?

The had unit in my Soarer is a double din job and is also broken. I want to put my single din MP3 player in but it's proving a nightmare! Nowhere makes face plate adaptors for the Lexus/Toyota. People have said that ones from other cars will fit but are never specific with details.

Anyone on here help me?

Fill the spare din slot with something more interesting:-
