Tom Tom 720T wont log in?

Just bought a TT 720T installed it on my Imac and all was well, backed it up. Created an account on TT website. But it wont log in via the software provided and i cant update the TT for POI's and Safety cameras?
What can i do? The TT helpline said try tomorrow! But i rather need it as i'm off to swindon tomorrow to do a test drive
I'll see if it works in my car later tonight, but what can i do about this software? I tried to install on my dads machine and it only came up with old TT devices i.e. 710 etc....

Got it sorted!
Phoned Tom Tom back and got through to a friendly chap, took me through the process online.
Basically the disc provided is v2.1 PC only, although new macs can download and utilize parts of the program they cant use all aspects. So Mac users need to download the Tom Tom Home program online which takes the version from 2.1 to 1.5. Once this is done it works perfectly!
