2nd Chef required to support our head chef.

We offer traditional pub grub and also have a popular A la Carte restaurant.

Your duties will include assisting head chef in producing new seasonal menus, stock control, hygeine and cover of head chef on his days off and holidays.

On and off the job training will be completed including sessions with Phil Vickery within the company training program.

We are in North West Kent, in a converted 18th Century thatched barn.

The salary starts circa £15K based on a 35/40 hour week.
