No it's not - if you follow it all the way through to the suppposed picture of yourself you'll see what I mean.

Best not out your own reg. in though - maybe somebody's collecting them for some reason!

I did a testwith this thing. Put in two different numbers, same speed and place and time displayed. Oh and try getting the photo.

There was one a while ago which was more interactive in that it asked for your name and address (to supposedly verify you are the registered keeper, but any name and address worked) before taking the reg number. The good part was that it had an extensive database of roads and would assign the ticket to one usually within about 20 miles of your postcode - bloody scary it was, but the picture was the same!
