Left hand drive Cerb?
Discussion
Does any one have or know of anyone selling a left hand drive cerb?
I'm looking for one it needs to have the following conditions.
1, Interior in good to excellent condition
2, Chassis in good to excellent condition
3, Doesn't need to have an engine or gear box as I have one I can use
4, Wheels dont matter as long as there legal for now
5, Body work has to be straight with no knackered panels, Colour and condition of paint unimportant as its likely to be changed anyway.
6, Not recorded as a CAT C or D

You might want to get hold of Christope in Europe, to see if he has any contacts in the Netherlands or Sweden etc. There were a few over there, and that infamos low pressure supercharged one still resides somewhere.

Your taking a risk arnt you, if you brake down in the Cerb over there, you may roast in the heat...
Good luck for 2008

Hi !
I own one of the five Cerberas that is here in Sweden. None of them are lefthand drive.
About a year ago there was a yellow left hand drive Cerbera for sale on PH for ages, they asked at about 2 to 3 times more for that car compared to a right hand drive Cerbera.
There should be 5 to 10 lefthand drive Cerberas made by the Swiss importer, i think about 1998-2000.
A friend of mine has changed his Chimaera from right hand drive to left hend drive, i can tell that it was a lot of work but it came out very good. Maybe it is possible to do on a Cerbera as well.

I've seen a 2005 tuscan 2 over here selling for 36k!
If the speed 6 wasn't such a hit and miss I would.
I would pay more for a cerb in a left hand drive if could find one.
I've already had qoutes for a right to left conversion and they were coming in at £8k min just for the labour! And two of them couldn't confirm if they could ensure that it would be that cost and maybe alot more!
If someone gave me a fixed cost or one within reason then I would.
I'll just keep my eyes open on here and see what comes up.

Hi,
I own a yellow LHD Cerbera 4.5. It`s fantastic, and I drive it as an every day car. I don`t want to sell, but you can mail me and I will gave you all information you want. I did not modify the car mayself, but did some other goodies to it. The modification must have been a lot of work .... Look at my profile.

With ABS ???!! Wow!I own a yellow LHD Cerbera 4.5. It`s fantastic, and I drive it as an every day car. I don`t want to sell, but you can mail me and I will gave you all information you want. To modify the car for traction control you have at first to install the wheel sensor-system on each wheel, so traction controll can register the speed of each wheel. Then the electrical installation and programming the ECU. With this system I can programme the slip of the rear wheels from the cockpit in the range from 0% - 25%. The system stops intermittent for all cylinders the petrol injection when it registers more slip than the driver has programmed - the power is cutted in a smooth kind. For me it depends from the wheather and from my mood what I choose. The ABS - system uses also the wheel speed sensors, but it is an separate installation with its own ECU. For me it makes my Cerbera more useful for every day driving and I am free to choose squeeling rear tyres when I want it.

I met you at Rockingham and spoke about the TC with you. For the benefit of everyone else, this is the Racelogic system and a very neat install too! It might not for the purists, but for those without race honed skills I think such systems are do help and of course they can be turned off for the track. How difficult was the ABS to fit?Steve.
