CLUTCH FORK/RELEASE BEARING

Hi guys, happy new year to one and all. Ive removed the gearbox i managed to get it out from under the car, my problem now is removing the bellhousing off the gearbox. Three out of the four nuts are accessible one isnt and its right behind the clutch fork/release bearing assembly. How do you remove the clutch fork? Is the fork and bearing all one? It would seem sensible to renew the bearing while i have the gearbox out. Any ideas/advice would be appreciated, thanks Tom.
The release bearing has metal spring tabs that clip behind the release arm. Press them down and you can pull the release bearing off.
Don't lose the bellhousing to gearbox bolts. They're a slightly unusual thread so not the easiest thing to pick up. Also there should be a gasket between bell housing and gearbox but I've found that one of my other cars was built without one and leaked oil.
