In my L reg Griff 500, there is an increased whistling wind noise from the passenger door window above 50mph. If you open the window an inch it disappears.

What are the likely sources and fixed ? At a glance it looks the same as the drivers side ?

thanks

Possibly the window is not reaching the rubber under the roof? This can either be a badly adjusted window, or you've got the roof slightly off centre.

With the wonders of modern surgery they might just do a ring shrink, like a tummy tuck or face lift I suppose. You'll just have to learn to f@rt like a real man hehe

Why not combine your whistling with the squeaking and howling on PH and make a TVR symphony.

Or better still just get the roof off and have some 2008 hooning.

yes

The adjuster is the screw that's visible in the centre of the window aperture if you insist on being gay hehe

Well, it's easier than bending the roof to fit wink

The screw is pretty easy to see/reach down in the window void with the glass fully dropped. It is effective but can be a juggle to get a seal and still close the door.

Does anyone drive them with the roof on and the windows fully up? Think I only ever have once or twice in the worst of weather but very very rare

Before adjusting the window height check that your targa panel is centred properly - there's usually a quarter inch or so of lateral movement.

If I need the roof on I often have to have the windows up as otherwise I get exhaust fumes in the cabin. The manifold is tight, it just seems to be the aerodynamics.

Its the boot seal - in short it doesn't I fixed mine from sucking fumes in by adding another length of seal to the return lip of the boot lid itself.

The two seals then push against each other and prevent exhaust fumes from being drawn back in through the boot
