chaps, anyone know of any days on the 20th? I've found Snetterton and Brands, but I fancied an airfield day...

Any ideas?

cheers

Thinking of booking Snett myself - just hoping the long term weather forecast is good!

I'm very tempted to book the 20th Donington. I love that track and need to get the caterham on a circuit I'm doing next year.

Um, Snetterton was an airfield.

Was it the run-off you were after?

yes, it was, the combination of unpredictable weather, my ineptitude and semi slick tyres meant i was looking for a 'not much to hit' kind of a day... snetterton should be fine!

I have only been there once but only place at Snetterton where I felt that a cockup could see you hitting armco was Corum curve, the only other issue I noticed was that the tarmac was edged by a grassed over hump rather than being level. There is plenty of track width and some extra tarmac/concrete at the end of the two long straights so there is a bit of room to recover.

Hope you have a good day.

Im still going to snetterton, but i think a boat and outboard motor may be more suitable than a car!

He fell off on riches and must have dug in sideways on the grass. It was slippery for the first hour or so then it dried out, 5 miles up the road it rained most of the day.
