Its probably really easy but this bit has got me, Your following one of the other guys all dressed up in camo, Take out a few of the guards and one in a tower, he then tells you to follow and says " can you hear that " and a helicopter comes over, What are you susposed to do then, I have got one of the rocket launchers and try to shoot it down but cant seem to get it right !

No, get the hell down, go prone, you'll then have to make your way through a field full of tanks and infantry, best bet is to follow him and only move really slowly when one of the enemy soldiers walks near you, otherwise they'll spot you.

I found myself hiding in the tower watching all the tanks & dudes stroll by as I kept being discovered in the field & shot. You can fire off a couple of stingers at the tanks but there are lots of dudes who will have ya.

As steve said go prone when the choppers about.

any time a helicopter is overhead(at night time) with a search light, just hit the deck and stay still.

also, when you get to the bit when you're LT Price, go to the left by the trees and stay on the deck.

I have tried staying in the barn and not even following him into the field but the chopper blows the roof off and just starts shooting wherever I am , then the dogs come and attack as well,

the level when you're with macmillan? you shoot the guy in the church tower thingy? or when you're SAS and crossing the field with the hay bales?

yes shoot the guy in the tower, sneeking around, Radioactive areas where you must stay out off, through a barn, there are 3 rocket launcher things in the barn and a big ladder at the end, you can go up the ladder and tap into the computer, you then go out the back door and within 5 secs he says hear that and the helicopter thing , same every time.
