i find mine are crap, the pass side sits on the paint work, the drivers side misses the very bit i look through.
That sounds about normal to be honest. These were mentioned at a recent Club meeting as a group buy, but don't know if anyone has tried them yet, or Leven did an upgrade thats a bit more money, both really focus on the washer jet system, but might be worth a look.

the jet nozzle broke first day, so in fairness they sent me new ones, but they only actually touch the screen in approx 20% of the wiper surface
total crap
Looks like it's another TADTS. Mine is also crap - I've tried several different sizes of Bosch blades with same result, ie on driver side only get a clean contact when blade is on return stroke. Passenger is not too bad, but still not perfect.
I'm reluctent to buy the Leven items as they are not cheap, & I'd be well p****d off if the end result is the same !

Right, i have spent a lot of time today onthis, and i have narrowed it down to the sring.
The spring( likely because of age) stretches, and no longer has the right tension on the wiper arm.
I managed to shorten the spring reach a bit, and the result was a lot better. t now actually cleans the screen. i also got the rainx, which i will apply in a bit. but all in all, a cheap fix and easily sorted

I have this on my '99 Chim with 16" Valeo blades. I found that if I move the drivers blade DOWN about half an inch (ie don't locate it properly in the arm) then I get much better coverage.Gassing Station | Chimaera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
