Advice on price - Z3 M Coupe

Dear all - I am about to trade up from my current Z3 M Coupe to a Z4 Coupe.
Grateful for your thoughts on a good trade in vale based on the following;

2001 (updated spec with traction conttrol etc)
Black/Black grey leather interior
Currently 6 months BMW appoved warranty left
MOT until Jun 08
Full BMWSH
44K miles
2 owners incl me, good condition and no accidents (less scuffed dark alloys)

Not sure that would qualify as a "trade up" - you'd be mad to get rid of the S54 engined batmobile!
