I'm about to start lashing the POR15 on my outriggers and wishbones but I was wondering what I should do about the bolt heads, etc. Should I coat them same as everything else or mask them and cover in Waxoyl or something similar?
It's just I read that POR15 goes pretty solid so don't want to create any headaches for any later work on brakes, suspension etc.

The only issue is what you want them to look like. POR15 is very thin and unless you're planning to apply a hundred coats it won't affect the dimensions of the bolt enough to matter. The paint isn't so strong that it will cause trouble when you need to unbolt stuff later on. So the only thing that matters as I see it is whether you want nice shiny bolts sticking out of your smart newly applied POR15 paint job, or paint/waxoil slathered over the top of everything.
