mp3, no doubts. It *leans*. Leaning is what makes things fun for me. Speeds not essential, but being narrow, able to filter, and lean makes a slow scoot still appeal to me. And slow is what I need to keep my license....

I love the MP3.
More than enough firepower to get you to work in the winter - and barmuffs actually look reasonable on it!
If I wasn't a 25000 mile a year guy, I'd have one as a winter hack...

So, reading about the MP3 I found this;

http://www.jcmotorcycles.co.uk/mp3%20trike.htm

"The revolutionary Piaggio MP3 is classed as a bicycle (motorcycle), so requires a motorcycle licence.

We can convert an MP3 (any cc) into a tricycle, this means:

Any cc can be ridden on a full car licence.
a passenger can be carried
so no L plates
no test
rides like a bike but is classed as a trike!
conversion costs only £100
We already have 3 satisfied customers on the road."

scratchchin Presumably a 'tricycle' is a car whereas a 'bicycle' is a bike (in licence terms) but what would said conversion entail? confused
