Great pics.

My God it's ugly.

(speaking as someone who has a tentative order in for the Tourer)

The tourer looks great IMO. The most ugly aspect of this car is the front, as highlighted in pic 4. Pity then that the tourer will have the same ugly but the rest of it is good.

A new, less Korean style front apron should sort its face it though. Hopefully one of the tuning companies will come up with something that doesn't make it worse looking!

Great pics by the way, trackdemon. Did you spend any time driving this one?

Cor bloody hell I love that car. Really good photos too! smile

Would kill for an M3 tourer. GetCarter - do BMW dealerships take "expressions of interest"?

Cheers. Only 20 odd miles, although funnily enough I'm going for a hoon with that very car tommorrow (albeit not driving, or at least not much) although I intend to book it for a day sometime this month.

I've bought six, and when I suggested I might be interested, they just put me on the list!

Still, might blow it out and go for the new RS6

If Mr Piggy allows.

I think they've stopped making the 4 now (?) - and I'm looking at Feb 09 - so it'd have the be second hand. No problem with that, but will be interested to see how good the RS6 Avant is - I had the last one, and it just needed to be 10% better to be spectacular (plus, 4X4 round here is useful).

We had a new white M3 at work this week for pdi.

Looked fantastic with the carbon roof.

Sadly, only got to sit in it, not drive it..... frown

great pics, car looks good in Interlagos blue IMO
few of my own E92 shots,

it is a very nice machine, although they have held themselves back a bit with it i feel, could be a much more visually appealing car than it is, has some nice details but they could have gone further still and the interior is a bit of a dull place for an M3 too IMO

Good shots trackdemon, certainly not some of your best in my opinion though.

Nice shots with a difficult car. Don't think it photographs well at all though its a bit nicer in the flesh. Not the best colour for it maybe?

For me, they were always going to match the proportions of the E46. Damn near perfect in my eyes.

Yeah I drove it about 30miles on the Sunday, doesn't feel particularly tied down at the back even in 5/10 cornering. And you sit about 10" too high. Great engine though!

did you see 5th gear last night? if the m3 is a nervous at the back as it is, imagine what that c63 is like to drive!
