It is only the information given in the add. Could be a de-stroked motor or even re-linered ( or both! ) with a smaller bore? Or maybe the advertiser has been miss-informed of the spec or just does not know his onions?

It's a tall deck 366 truck engine. All the disadvantages of a big block with none of the advantages.
