Imported Glanza Sat Nav/ TV

Just bought a recently imported Glanza turbo fitted with a standard Toyota sat nav/ TV radio CD thingy. It looks good but cant get it to work. Its all in Japanese!
Got the arials on the roof and noticed a unit under the passenger seat that looks like it accepts a disc.
Can it be made to work in England? if so how???
