Heater control help needed!

Does anyone know where I can get hold of the heater control panel. I just need the oval shaped surround but would greatfully purchase this with sliders if one is available.

I have been unable to find out whether these were bespoke or came from another car. Fords are mentioned on the site butI have never seen a Ford with this shaped control.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean just the bit with the legend on it?

Yes just that bit. I have the knobs and sliders.

I looked into having some made a while back by a company I use for electrical engraved labels - they said they could do a fairly simple rectangular label (which we worked out was 9mm high) to fit between the sliders.
I also got them to look at doing a big label with cutouts in it for the sliders so it would fit over the top - they said this was beyond what their kit was capable of.

If a simple 9mm high label is any good between the sliders I'll give them another shout.
