Can you get discounts on 123's in Germany?

On the back of the other threads about huge discounts on new 5 series, does anyone know if they are discounting 1's as well?

Retail is €30,950 and the offer is about €25,760; thats a bit more than 16% less for a car you can order. I guess dealers give you between 10% and 15%, and maybe more on cars that are readily in stock; although the 123d in particular might not be produced for stock.
