Check out the website for this big-brother company, apparently you will be able to "see your offence" via the website - to stop people asking for pics etc

"A special feature of Ticket Express is the web-based “SeeMyOffence” feature, which solves an increasing problem for enforcement authorities. Since as much as 23% of all offenders challenge the tickets and wants to see evidence, an enormous amount of time and costs are spent handling the complaints. By using the “SeeMyOffence” feature, an offender may access the www.SeeMyOffence.co.uk site and view the actual evidence online. Further more, the offender may pay the fine directly via the site."

I hope this digital evidence is secure and can't be hacked / tampered with. (I know this has been discussed recently, but showing these pictures on a website as evidence, if that's really what they're doing is possible less "secure".)

I thought this was going to be one of those "put your car details into this website to see if you've been caught" jokes..

Well, it all fits in with their plan of having an entirely automated penalty procedure, with the fine sent and points endorsed before you've even got home....

And wouldn't it be great, instead of posting our stories on Speeding, Plod & the Law we could just post "our offence" for all to view. Perhaps we could even have a vote for "offence of the month" with prizes for the most Humorous/Dangerous/Stupid etc

Edited to add; we old farts could even re-live our "glory days" by browsing the archives...

Wouldn't this have the negative affect of making people drive like idiots just to see if they could outdo their mates! - Just a thought.

Which is strictly forbidden under British and EU law. Evidence must be examined by human eyes before it can be submitted for use in a criminal prosecution.

Tried the site with two real offences. It just doesn't work.
