Well so it's time to start looking at improving my bike in everyway.

So any help with links or suggestions will be kindly received.

I will be putting on a non standard can, belly pan and getting some better bulbs for visibility but has anyone got any other suggestions?

Rear suspension has been upgraded and so has the front. I will be putting some Avon ST tyres on for the summer and that is it.

Happy biking all and stay safe.

for any bodywork parts like huggers and belly pans go to ermaxuk.co.uk

they supply most of the suzuki specialist clubs like just bandits and sv owners club use them as well.

very good quality, very good prices..

Hi, Had an SV, change the end can. The Blue Flame can has 2 exit ports. Which if you remove the cover on the second, but keep the baffle in. Makes the bike pop and crackly brilliantly at the lights, plus sounds lovely as you ride. Loud enough, but not too loud to attract attention. Also ditch the plastic shovel at the back for a better looking tail end, R&G do a nice version complete with number plate light. Easy to fit, but you do have to cut the original wire for the number plate light, not a major issue as the kit comes with more connectors than you can shake a stick at. If you don’t take a pillion get a seat cowl. Pyramid plastics do the best looking but the Suzuki one fits better. Not a great mod to improve the look, but a front fender extender is a must to keep road sh#t off the oil filter.

Thanks for all the info..

Gordski-
The duel exhaust is JUST what I have been looking for and one will be ordered soon if not this weekend.

Castrolcraig-
Website is fantastic and will spend the next hour cruising it to see what I can do.

I'm also looking into the HID lights to make visibility better.

Yes, the HUGE plastic number plate holder. Could Suzuki make it bigger, probably not??!?!

If you do. Dispite what the instructions say, removing all the pastic rear fairing (under seat bits) is a real faff and lots of wiggling about. When you align the tail tidy, you need to bend the plastic tray that forms the bottom of the underseat tray (where your tool bag clips to) out of the way to ensure it is back on top and the side bits are in place, this takes much more force than you think and is much harder than the instructions make out. Also when you fitted the new tail tidy check you've run the wiring in the right way so it all sits flat and goes into the back of the fairing ok, otherwise it looks a bit messy and you only notice once it's all back together and you have to take it all apart again (here speaketh the voice of experience!!!)

Ah but the GSXR is still a very very very nice bike so not all is lost.
