280i mods??

i was wondering what kind of mods you guys do to your cars. in regards to brakes, role bars, motor, suspension, and what ever else you guys do. and also motor and tranny swaps. thanks alot guys.

For UK owners the choice is simple... don't bother. Sell the car and get a V8 version. For US owneres where the V8 cars never made it, you have to modify. Except that modification is not straightforward as the V8 cars are effectively a very much different model with better suspension (A frame), bigger brakes, widerr and stiffer chassis and so on. So if you want to mod the car, you need to think whole car and not just engine/transmission. If you look in the recent topics you will find some discussions that have been ongoing on this topic.

Sticking a US lump into a 280i is feasible but be prepared for a lot of work.
