e46 cigarette lighter fuse No

as title says i'm after the fuse number for the cigarette lighter on my e46 320d touring, can't use sat nav or phone charger, been like that since i bought it last year,i've opened up the fuse box already but i can't see if any of them are blown without going through the lot of them, there doesn't seem to be a fuse diagram either.

There should be a white plastic card that you can pull out that lists the fuses.

along with the tow bar, service history,glovebox torch and cd changer cassette its gone missing, all lost before i bought the car.

a bit small but i think its fuse 47.
