Anybody fitted front speakers?

Hi guys,

Anybody fitted front speakers to a T350/Tamora? I have searched and it seems most people take their car to Carl Barker, but seeing as though he is the opposite end of the country that's not really an option for me!

I am wondering if anybody has attempted it themselves, there doesn't appear to be a lot of room!

Who and where is Carl Barker?
I'm looking at this myself.
In Nottinghamshire by the way, but dont mind travelling.

Sadly he is in Hampshire, trying to find somewhere local, but don't trust anywhere local not to screw it up to be honest!

I retro-fitted the std factory optional upgrade speaker pods (with speakers I sourced). Easy enough job and the pods were trimmed to match my mulberry red interior. Doubt these are available now though.

Most people seem to put speakers in the lower front corner of the door. Most logical place on the door panel, but IMO doesn't do much for the sound. Should be relatively easy to do this yourself though.

I am guessing the wiring gets passed back into the car from the door with all the other wires for the electric windows etc?

How about passing the wiring behind the dash to the stereo though? Does the dash need to come out?

Also, does the standard stereo ISO connector already have room for the extra speakers or do you need to do some work with that?

ISO connector has all 4 speakers already wired into it.

I put Infinity units front and back but I mostly listen to Radio Sp6.

Agreed about radio Speed Six!

My wiring was already in the door waiting, and when I changed the head unit I noticed that all four speakers were wired up back there too.
