How best to clean camera and lenses?

Whats the best way to clean my lenses? I've taken to dusting them off with a small microfibre cloth but wondered if there was any specific products or procedure people would recommend?

I've got a pack of OptiClear wipes that are good on my glasses, maybe these are too abrasive for camera lenses?

Blower first, then use a brush if it doesn't shift it. I use a Lens Pen for smears/finger prints etc. I have got Opti-Clean for serious cleaning but I haven't used it for ages to be honest.
