painting underneath fibreglass
Discussion
I have Finished glassing the underside of the race car after a bolt on conversion (previously a bonded body / chassis). All the top bits are lovingly rubbed down and sprayed and generally looking pretty.
I am going to do the underside of the car in racing white.
Its a rough fibreglass finish so i am going to prime, stonechip some areas that can be seen and then just brush paint.
Question. What is the best brushpaint to use, acrylic, enamel ? are there any specific paints suited to fibreglass for cars / boats etc
anyone any ideas
