European Road Trip

Hi all,

Does anyone recommend (or know of) any companys that will help me plan an intinary and route plan for a European Road Trip please? I will travel from London to Eindhoven, Holland and then onto Stockholm, Sweden.

The route back will be across to Norway, and then south through to Denmark, back to Eindhoven and then London.

My trip will be in the region of 3 weeks long, so I'm not just looking for a route planner, but someone that can recommend hotels, sights and good driving roads.
