What to do with left foot?

Where do you rest your left foot when driving along? I'm used to having a foot rest from my previous car and Tuscan feels strange without one. Has anybody fitted one and if so how/cost?

Dashboard is fine - no shoes though!!!

Often in my mouth!!!!!

I find it fine with it just stretched out down the left side of the clutch.
