I am a frequent visitor too this area of the site and enjoy reading owners comments and views on above cars, and it's rare that i comment or start a topic, but one thing i have noticed lately is the amount of people visiting this area with either negative or no relevance to the forum, thus it becoming a general car gossip forum, people need to stick to the relevant areas and if i sound snooty it really is not about that but more about the reason why different areas exist, am i being harsh or does anyone agree??

agree maybe on negativity, though i havent seen much on here (though have on other forums). regarding variety, i dont care what people post providing its interesting. there are plenty of cars that fit but dont fit on here (mclaren, gt40, spyker etc etc) and if someone wants to deviate off topic amid a group that could have shared interests rather than posting on a huge forum, fine by me.

I'm a newbie to the forum and spend 90% of my time in here - I don't have a supercar, but am very interested in them....and thanks to some of the guys here, simon and andy, I'm going to be able to realise a dream in March!

I can't comment about the good old days on here, but I have notcied that some posters are missing the point of this section - I feel I've been made very welcome, and am very careful what I write as to not upset anyone, or be tarred as a newbie who doesn't understand the concept..........I hope the genuine guys (and gals) stick around, becuase their knowledge, help, advice etc. is vital to people looking to buy a supercar.

I am a member of another forum, and it too seems to have gone down hill a little bit lately - but we (that've been there since day one) have to stick around.....to keep some kind of order I suppose.....keep up the good work one and all!

One of the reasons I have stopped posting so often.

Just look at any Reventon thread to see what I mean.

I like reading this section of the forum, but I don't post much because: a. I don't own a supercar, b. I don't have anything useful or interesting to say generally. I usually just post questions when I'm interested in something.
