Any body know any?

Post away here if you do, theres a few i wouldnt mind knowing. One major one is on ambush, I keep seeing people on a roof that you just can not get onto in normal ways, not even by standing on someones head.

The only one that i can do is on pipeline, and is only good for camping out.

Go to the underground passages, until you get to the little outlet where B is in search and destroy. Once there looking out the hole look behind you and there is a grill hiding pipes, if you jump at the grill and go prone it glitches you to behind the grill. People cant see you behind there, they dont expect you to be there and cant figure out how you got there, but you can kill them no probs.

Anyone got anymore, there is loads but people are always secretive about them.

If it is possible to get somewhere on a map, how is it cheating ?

I imagine you run around the map in areas the game lets you ? Does that make you a cheat ?

Everybody knows where the majority of hiding places are anyway, so if someone wants to tuck themselves away somewhere, I don't care, cause I go in guns blazing at an angle I know they can't get me wink

I don't use them as I am a 'run and gun' player, but I don't believe the people that use them are cheating.

The one in the underground tunnel in the pipes on pipeline is dodgy as you can't see the player until they start firing. Hopefully the next patch will stop these "wall hacks" smile

Hopefully we can get some new maps soon - while these are fun they do get a bit 'samey' - IMO

Yeah, just a couple at a time would make it good.

There is something like 16 to start with though, which was loads more than COD3.

A funny story is that until I got to the highest levels I always played Ground War. Then one day I decided to choose domination as my game of choice, and I was amazed - OMG there are new levels! Wet Work, Showdown and Shipment!

Of course these never come up for ground war as they are too small. I realised what had happened a few days later though.

I think a good new level would be the 1 player map with the village going up the hill. Although someone is probably going to tell me that is actually used on Headquarters battles now...!

One of the reasons I quit playing Halo 3 was because of all the people using exploits (as we call them in the industry) It spoils the game IMO.

Halo 2 was bad for it, BXR anyone?

There was this 1 game, where a guy on my team would spawn the enemy all to the same place high in the sky, had 72815709% auto-aim, no matter where he shot he killed them. Shot tanks out of his gun.

So I managed to get rid of him.

He was shooting the floor, killing the other team, and I sacrificed myself to get him booted hehe

Bet he was really happy about that!

It's not about using ledges though is it. It is about using holes in the code to get to place which shouldn't be accessible so you can't be found.

I dont know any like that, except the one on pipeline which is crap and pointless.

The best ones are in crash. ambush and wet works. all of which are not glitches just running jumps that you dont expect to make.

the ones on ambush have ladders and bins to jump on to get you out of the area but nothing easily identifiable to get you in......why would they put ladders to get you out if they didnt want you to get in there in the first place.

People get annoyed saying its cheating as they dont know how to do it as people are secretive about them. I discovered most of the ones i know by jumping about in a private match with a mate.

There is a jump in showdown where you can jump on a mates back to get onto the roof, there is a parapit and massive amounts of area to run around and kill people with specific viewing points, its hard to do and not a glitch as its clearly been designed for you to do it if you use your noggin.

See those are fair enough, annoying when you get taken out by someone there, but fair enough.

Think maybe your thread title is a bit confusing seeing as you call them glitches.

Yeah i guess the title adds to the confusion. I didnt appreciate the difference between a glitch and a cool hiding place that you can genuinely get to if you know how but are quite hard to do.

On the crossfire map (i think) if you play domination, you can bagsy one of the flags by hiding in a room adjacent to the flag, which is in a courtyard, which is great if the courtyard is heavily defended.
