Ring at Easter 08

Am planning a trip with some mates and having been before I know most of the issues, my one question is this:

Is the Ring always open at Easter (March 21st-24th this year). On the official site it says yes but I know this can change, has anyone got any previous experience of it being open that weekend?

And yes I know it'll be chokka and the weather may close it but the impending arrival of my 2nd small person requires an early trip and I need to make arrangements now!

Yeap was there last Easter and its the busiest I have seen it.
